My thoughts of planing.

The ability to create an efficient and distinct plan in order to achieve the long-term goal is becoming an important skill in people’s life. Planning can benefit us in many different ways, because you know exactly what you want plus the procedure to attain it. A well-designed plan reminds us what need to be done next, therefore provides motivation on our stairway to success.

There are three easy steps to make a plan. At first, we have to define the target. This goal needs to be specific, such as a skill to learn, a project to complete or even the salary level we prefer to reach. In fact, the more genuine and concrete this aim is, the more likely we are going to achieve it. However, it is fine if you have bigger dream and would like to fulfill it with decent planning. It brings us to the second stage, to divide and conquer. We split the goal into detailed processes, so we will be able to complete them separately. In this part of planing, we can create some sub-goals, which is smaller and easier to target. And based on that, the development of particular methods and actions takes place. These are the activities we are going to carry out, hence the level of reality is required to be maintained. At last, it is the time to implement detailed time line on the plan. We are allowed to enhance the time efficiency by adding weights to each activity. Consequently, we can execute our tasks according to their priority and make our plan more effectively.

The result of our planning may be improved if we keep it concise and to the point. The basic function of the plan is leading us to our objective. If it is rather diffuse, then the difficulty for us to accomplish our work will increase. In addition, we have to make sure that we stick to the time limit. To prolong the task will affect our plan‘s efficiency tremendously, so we should try to apply every subject with time organizing skill. Moreover, an extremely strict plan usually will not provide a satisfied outcome. Thus, we ought to take consideration on our capability while we are planning. We should toe the line of our limits, but not to push ourself too far.

In conclusion, a clear and flexible plan is the start to achieve our goal. Although it will not guarantee us the success, the sense of competence is dramatic once we complete it.
